Chepstow Beaufort Park is the location of the very first purpose built serviced office centre in Chepstow, and will cater for one-person start-ups to large corporations looking for either head or regional offices in South Wales. The Centre will have its own secure, private car park, which can be electronically accessed by residents 24-hours a day 365 days a year.
Beaufort Park is situated in a prominent and easily accessible location, next to Junction 2 of the M48 and adjacent to the Severn Bridge. The Centre will meet the latest environmental directives by using a low energy, passive ventilated system to control the climate in the three-storey development. All offices will have personalised DDI lines that can be answered by our receptionist and then forwarded to your office, mobile, home telephone or email. Offices will start from approximately 150 sq ft and continue up to 25,000 sq ft subject to availability.
