Welcome to our New Website[01/06/2008]

I would first of all like to thank you for spending the time to have a look at our new website. I am very pleased with the presentation and information presented throughout the site and would like to thank Creating Media Ltd for producing the site.

I believe the site reflects the professional but relaxed atmosphere we provide for our clients at Riverside Court. A lot of hard work and research went into the design and build of the Centre with the emphasis on building the first eco-friendly serviced office centre in the area. We have no air conditioning to cool the building but instead use a low energy, passive ventilated air cooling system that produces zero CO2 and uses less energy to operate. 

It is because of our hard work and committment to the environment that I am proud to announce Riverside Court has acheived a B rating in the Energy Performance Certifcate the HM Government stipulates all Landlords have to produce before the end of the year.
