I would first of all like to thank you for spending the time to have a look at our new website and thank Creating Media Ltd for producing the site.

I believe the site reflects the professional but relaxed atmosphere we provide for our clients at Riverside Court. A lot of hard work and research went into the design and build of the Centre with the emphasis on building the first eco-friendly serviced office centre in the area using low energy, passive ventilated air cooling systems that produces zero CO2. 

It is because of our hard work and committment to the environment that I am proud to announce Riverside Court has acheived a B rating in the Energy Performance Certifcate  all Landlords have to produce in todays commercial property market.
